The Burkinabe Student Network, established in September 2017, is a non-profit and non-political international student organization created for Burkinabe students who reside in the United States and/or who are considering enrolling in the American educational system.
Vision
To build a community network of educational scholars committed to enhancing the development of its members.
Mission
To impact the lives of international students by providing a network through the principle of “Students Helping Students” that fosters cultural understanding and self-development.

Our Goals:
The goal of the Burkinabe Student Network is to have students share the challenges they will encounter in their desire to obtain a higher level of education in the United States, and how each member can assist others.
- To offer support to students as they adapt to living abroad and the learning process through international student education.
- To bring together Burkinabe students living in the United States and facilitate a global collaborative network.
- To ensure the international students take full advantage of their experience, knowledge, and involvement in their studies abroad.
- To establish a funding system for student projects in Burkina Faso.
- To promote excellence among the students through Burkinabe values and culture in accordance with established United States laws.
- To increase the rate of educational success of each member.
- To provide educational and post educational opportunities for our members.
- To establish the appropriate means and mechanisms to support the Burkinabe Student Network activities.
